There are no vehicles ahead. A warning light comes on the dash and says “Driver Control Required,” yet both my hands are on the steering wheel.   The feeling is that of a brake check performed by the electronic sensors of the car, and not at the driver’s command.  Had there been a car following behind me, he could have hit me in the rear.  Dealer is aware of the complaint but says, “system is working as designed.” Manufacturer responds by directing me back to the dealership.
