THEY WERE EXTREMELY SOFT TO GET IT TO START THE ENGINE AND THEN THEY WERE GOING TO THE FLOOR BEFORE COMING TO A STOP. THEY ARE ALMOST TO THE FLOOR WHEN SLOWING DOWN OR STOPPING. Then while I was driving to pick up my prescriptions and approaching a Stop Sign, then 3 Stop Lights or approaching a vehicle that is already stopped in front of me my brakes are extremely soft and do not engage. They almost go to the floor. The car does not immediately slow down or come to a stop. I have to keep pumping the brakes and even then they were Extremely soft and went almost to the floor before Stopping. I have small feet Size 6-7 and One time my foot slid under the pedal. I had to use the Parking brake at the Stop Sign and the Stop Lights to feel comfortable enough that I would not move forward and be sure I that I came a full Stop. I pulled into a McDonalds Parking Lot less than a mile from my home to see if I turn off the car it will reset the brakes and it did not work. I called Elevated Nissan in Merriam, Kansas which is the Dealership I purchased it from (less than another Mile away from the McDonalds) they were closing in 25 minutes, so I drove less than 5 mph to get there and dropped off the vehicle. I showed [XXX] in service how they would go to the floor. He called me the next morning and after the vehicle sitting in the shop all night long the brakes engaged in a normal fashion the next day. They are trying to find out what is causing them to go soft. These Brakes can cause a Serious Catastrophe resulting in injury or worse.
