We immediately pulled over to try to determine the source of the sound as there were no vehicles around us, nothing near us, or over us. We opened the sunroof cover and discovered the glass had shattered. We closed the cover, exited the vehicle to look at the sunroof from the outside. We immediately called the dealership as we just purchased this vehicle used on 1/19/2023. Two weeks owning the vehicle and the sunroof explodes. We are waiting on a call back from the dealer to determine our next steps. This is definitely a safety issue as the noise could cause an accident and if the sunroof cover had been opened, the shattered glass would have been all over our family.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"LINCOLN","productModel":"NAVIGATOR","manufacturer":"Ford Motor Company"}]}]}
