I do not want this defective car.  This is Failure #3 as the dealer has pushed the resolution of this problem on me and is generally unresponsive to my direct, clear, and respectful requests  I made a case with Hyundai Customer service (Case # 21183458) requesting the same.    This is Failure #4 as the customer service system seems to be broken, and left me stuck between a staff turnover problem there  —> As you can clearly see, HMUSA's manufacturing and quality checks failures have been compounded by customer service failures by both the ROHRMAN and HMUSA that now leaving me stuck with a major problem.  I simply want a new, defect free Tucson SEL in Amazon Green or Sea Blue. You can have this defective vehicle back.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"HYUNDAI","productModel":"TUCSON","manufacturer":"Hyundai Motor America"}]}]}
