I used the break to park the car on the roadside after that. I tried many times to restart the car, Waited over one hour and 40 minutes it finally started again, the engine warning light was still on until the second day morning, and I was able to take pics as evident.   1. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? Yes, but on the second day, the MB service dep told me that the car was having a system update (while I was driving the car and it turned off the engine by doing that)  2. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? I was still driving with 40m/h+ on the road, my car suddenly having a malfunction.  3. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? No, I called MB USA, they started a purchase buyback application, but still let me drive that car.   4. Were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No. The 3 warning lamps showed when the engine shut off while I was driving. There was no other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure.  The car is new, 2023 GLC 300, the dealership is AutoNation, only has 2400 miles on it do far, one month only so far.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2023","productMake":"MERCEDES-BENZ","productModel":"GLC300","manufacturer":"Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC"}]}]}
