When I had brought it in for an oil change, I had mentioned it to the service tech and they told me they would run a diagnostic to see if anything would pop up but the likelihood hood it wouldn't show anything. The second time I mentioned it again while I was driving, the car would accelerate faster than normal as though it was on Sports Mode even though it wasn't, and then the car/engine would jump or make the car lunge forward as it was slowing down. They said they would look into it again but nothing was found. a few months later I was driving home on the freeway when my car jumped again, the engine turned off and I was in the middle of the freeway not being able to accelerate but take the speed I was going to move over to the emergency side in order not to get hit by another car. I got it towed into the dealership, they said they would get back to me after a few days and once they found out what happened, they had my car for about 2 weeks. They also wanted me to pay for a fuel system flush and returned the car to me on empty gas which was full when I brought it in. The back passenger window wasn't working either and I had brought that up to their attention saying if I were to bring it back in I would need to pay for a diagnostic to get it fixed. I was upset and brought it into another dealership to get fixed and mentioned again about the car jumping and afraid that I would be left on the side of the road or the engine would turn off again. They couldn't do anything without an engine light to be turned on. I'm afraid of driving my car but why am I paying for something that the dealership cannot fix or know that whatever they did wasn't fixing the problem? I have brought in my car time and time again to get seen or fixed before the major issue happened and now electrical parts of the car are faulty with things turning off randomly.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"HYUNDAI","productModel":"TUCSON","manufacturer":"Hyundai Motor America"}]}]}
