I have had my 2019 RAM 1500 for 5 years now. I have called RamCare many times trying to get my problems resolved and they just keep saying my truck is not under the recalls. Both problems I have are exactly what the recalls are AND my manufacturing date on my truck shows that they SHOULD be covered, but for some reason the recall isnt attached to my truck VIN.   1: Cracked back window sliding frame. It is cracked in the EXACT spots thst show on the recall and my back window let's water leak in.  2: Tailgate opens on its own from being misaligned.   Both have recall bulletins out that my truck 100% falls under, but for some reason, the recalls aren't attached to my VIN.   I have called the dealer a few different times trying to get this resolved and they have still be unable to get them done. The dealership service managers have even told.me that my truck should DEFINITELY be under the two recalls and they dont understand why they aren't.   I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars the last couple years getting all kinds of things fixed on my truck AND I actually just dropped my truck off this evening to get new manifolds installed tomorrow! This is the SECOND time that I have had to get this done because the Mopar manifolds are junk and keep cracking!   I just don't understand why RamCare can't just attached my VIN to the recalls so I can get them fixed like they should. The dealrrship even said they should! I have had Chrysler/Mopar vehicles for almost 20 years now!!! I have always been a very loyal customer. I just don't understand.  I don't think it is fair at all.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2019","productMake":"RAM","productModel":"1500","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
