The contact stated that while driving approximately 45 MPH, the vehicle suddenly stalled. On another occasion, the vehicle stalled while in a parking lot. The fuel warning light, the auto-stop warning light, and the traction control warning light were illuminated. The vehicle was initially towed to a relative's residence and later towed to a local dealer, where an unknown repair was performed; however, the stalling failure recurred. The vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed the failure as a faulty fuel module requiring replacement. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but offered no financial assistance and advised the contact not to drive the vehicle. The contact confirmed that the remedy part for NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V586000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) was not yet available.
