In August and September 2025, the vehicle was serviced for exhaust/turbo-related gaskets and clamps and a misfire condition. It later developed knocking, sluggish acceleration, and additional turbo problems. The dealer replaced the turbo wastegate in February 2026, and additional turbocharger repairs were subsequently required. On July 28, 2026, an exhaust leak near the turbocharger was diagnosed. While operating the vehicle, I experienced headaches, dizziness, chest discomfort, and irritation of my eyes and nose. I was concerned that exhaust fumes could enter the passenger compartment and impair my ability to operate the vehicle safely. I sought medical care for a headache on July 29, 2026. I have not received medical confirmation of carbon-monoxide poisoning. The exhaust leak was repaired in August 2026, but on August 17, 2026, the leak appeared again in the same location. The condition has therefore been reproduced and confirmed through service inspections and has recurred after repair. The vehicle and its repair records are available for inspection upon request. Previous symptoms included a check-engine light, misfire, knocking, sluggish acceleration, and exhaust-related concerns. The vehicle has also experienced several extended periods out of service for repairs.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2022","productMake":"GENESIS","productModel":"GV70","manufacturer":"Hyundai Motor America"}]}]}
