The analog speedometer and tachometer continued to function. Loss of gear position and warning indicators while driving is a safety concern.  On 4/21/2026 an authorized Jeep dealer diagnosed the condition as \"cluster circuit board internal failure\" and recommended cluster replacement at a quoted cost of several thousand dollars, with no coverage offered. I had the failed display module replaced by an independent specialist on 5/5/2026 for $650.  This is the same root cause and symptom described in NHTSA Recall 24V-652 (internal short circuit in the instrument panel cluster producing a blank screen), but this VIN is not included in that recall population. FCA instead issued a warranty extension (XZ1) covering the blank-display condition for 15 years/150,000 miles.  I submitted a reimbursement claim under that extension with the dealer repair order and the independent invoice. FCA denied it twice, citing reasons that do not appear in the warranty extension letter. I am filing this complaint because the failure appears to extend beyond the current recall population, and because the warranty extension offered in place of a recall did not result in reimbursement.","products":[{"type":"Vehicle","productYear":"2020","productMake":"JEEP","productModel":"WRANGLER","manufacturer":"Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)"}]}]}
