Velotric T1 Carbon e-bike (from Upway, under 1-year warranty) had a shop-installed kickstand using the frame’s designed mount holes; after a gentle tip-over the mounting plate ripped off, tearing a hole with delamination in the carbon chainstay. Warranty was denied.
