Sony A7 IV under 40k shutter actuations and outside the regional two-year warranty began showing “Camera Error. Turn Power Off then On again,” blocking shutter use, with a mechanical buzzing sound suggestive of IBIS trouble. After battery reseating the error temporarily cleared and could not be reproduced that evening.
