DJI Air 3S developed hot front motors and Rotor Overloaded warnings; an authorized center replaced all four motors and the gimbal under warranty. On the first flight after that unused repair period, the aircraft leaned, fell, smelled of burnt electronics, and a motor popped from the arm.
