Spent a week with wet laundry: dryer did not dry on any program; condensation dripped from the door and moisture appeared behind the display; ran nonstop for 12 hours with no drying result. Bought this heat-pump dryer 2.5 years earlier; for about six months cycles take hours so only one load can be dried per day despite frequent cleaning programs. Sometimes one cycle works on time, then performance collapses again. Said never again a heat-pump dryer.
