512GB Steam Deck OLED at 11 months lost all controller inputs (sticks, buttons, trackpads) while volume/power still worked; lsusb showed no controller. Sent for RMA to Prague for unresponsive buttons; unit returned with cracked sticks, creaking shell, overheating after poor repaste, random bootloops, and sleep-on-restart issues that were not present before. Support delayed ~40 hours then dismissed evidence with reboot advice.
