Source-linkedVerify source — Reddit post

Reddit post by u/LifeTelevision5644 (r/Generac_Generators). One-year-old 22kW Generac backfired twice during exercise; after the installer argued with Generac for nearly 2 hours, Generac agreed to replace the engine but then cited a parts shortage delaying parts another ~4 weeks, leaving the owner without backup power heading into Gulf Coast hurricane season.
