SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260708-7B117-2147314266. Severity: Injury, No First Aid or Medical Attention Received. Product: iRooVee MO2 (Portable Tent A/C unit. Black and yellow. Runs on 120V. Is a real A/C unit with a compressor. Received from Amazon yesterday. Manufacturer: iRooVee Model: M02 Amazon #: BOH1H3PKRZ UPC: 771098177393 Amazon Link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0H1H3PKRZ). Incident: I am an "Amazon Voice" and I do early reviews of new products. While reviewing a new Air Conditioner, I found a VERY dangerous fault that is likely to kill someone very soon. The manual on pages 15-16 tells you to add 2.7L of water through the top cap, which they picture. The cap is there. But there is no water tank. If you pour water in that cap it will pour DIRECTLY ONTO HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRONICS. THERE IS NO TANK! I think this stems from the fact that a similar unit also has a humidifier function, and that would require water. Mine does not have those buttons or a water tank, yet it still has a fill cap, and you are told to add water to it BEFORE USING. I followed the manual and added water, which immediately started running out of the unit. When I touched the table to shut it off (table is now wet with the water) I felt a shock. I unplugged the unit, and after making sure I wasn't going crazy that this thing was actually built this way I filed this report. Amazon would not put me through to their Product Safety team to report this after almost 1.5 hours on the phone. So it is STILL FOR SALE AND READY TO KILL THE NEXT PERSON THAT TRIES IT! I cannot find any info to contact the mfr. This product must be PULLED OFF SHELVES IMMEDIATELY. Note: I know you probably get all kinds, I'm an experienced appliance technician. I know a serious, dangerous fault when I see it. This is such a fault. To explain the pictures. I put a [REDACTED] marker through the water fill to show where the water would land (it lands on the black dot on the blue masking tape I put for clarit
