On first use on January 30, 2026, during cooking a bean dish, the pot exploded / shattered due to thin-wall failure. Shards ejected across kitchen. One shard cut my hand, embedding bean particle/debris (see photos: [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED], [REDACTED]). I required first aid ([REDACTED]). Attempted to seek care but [REDACTED] not opened (see email). My husband (adult male, DOB [REDACTED]) has blood-triggered seizure condition - seeing my bleeding hand he collapsed to floor (photo [REDACTED]) with secondary injury risk.
