SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20180614-04F3A-2147387365. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Yardworks 274-292 (Yardworks Fireman's Nozzle Model 274-292.). Incident: I purchased a Yardworks Fireman's Nozzle, model 274-292 for my home garden hose. I had it maybe a month and used it several times. I took it back to Menards in Golden Valley Minnesota, today, and exchanged it for a new one. Having looked at the boxes of these nozzles, there were some from 2017 and 2018. I also told the manager on duty about it and also the Returns Customer gal about what happened so Yardworks could be informed. If a person or a child had been standing in front of it when it shot out, injury would have occurred because I couldn't even locate it on the driveway, which means it shot somewhere into the grass all the way across a 16 foot wide driveway. I'm also, leery about using the n
