Amazon.com 1-star review by Sameer Kuppahalli (title: "Defective product, Lousy support"). 48k outdoor + 24k indoor install; paid $8k+ for install/troubleshooting. Replaced indoor PCBs then outdoor unit under warranty but Fujitsu would not pay labor; 24k unit later had issues and diagnostics labor required before warranty acknowledgment. Long hold times and unhelpful support.
