Amazon.com 1-star review by Melonie Ancheta (title: "DO NOT PURCHASE!"). Installed two winters prior for ~900 sq ft open plan; never heated adequately. Ran out of refrigerant the first winter; manufacturer would not honor claimed refrigerant warranty coverage, so owner paid out of pocket. Techs said most help calls were Fujitsu mini-splits.
