After receiving the coffee orb at the beginning of the year I used the coffee orb for 2 months. One morning I was preparing my coffee on the stove and standing in front of stove waiting for it to brew, the pot exploded spraying boiling water and coffee grounds all over me and the kitchen about 2-3 feet around me. I reported this to the company asking for a small compensation for being burned and traumatized, also asking them to notify all owner of the potential for explosion. They sent my request to their legal and insurance teams. After a couple months I received a 4 page instruction on how to correctly use the pot. The insurance team denied my claim stating I used the pot incorrectly.
