SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260802-E4F09-2147313017. Severity: Injury, Seen by Medical Professional. Product: GE JGBS66DEKWW (Product Name: GE 30-inch Free-Standing Gas Range Manufacturer: GE Appliances Model Number: JGBS66DEKWW Serial Number: AZ213163P Color: White with cast-iron burner grates. Type of Appliance: Residential freestanding gas range with oven. Fuel: Propane (LP) using the manufacturers LP conversion kit. Dimensions: Approximately 47.25 inches high 30 inches wide 28.75 inches deep. Oven Capacity: 5.0 cubic feet. The fire occurred before the gas reached the burner control valve or control knob, indicating that the leak originated within the appliance itself. The homes propane supply was shut off by my granddaughter at the main tank valve to stop the gas flow and prevent further danger. The range is no longer being used and is not functional. Following the gas leak and internal fire, occupants of the home experienced s
