KitchenAid 3-door refrigerator model KRFC704FPS06 purchased Nov 2024. At under 11 months, freezer began failing intermittently (spoiled meat, melted ice cream). Documented with a Bluetooth freezer thermometer. First tech visit reset the unit while it was temporarily working; problem returned. KitchenAid then documented the unit as working and refused further warranty service despite a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Escalation callbacks never happened.
