Daughter went to back door of house (adjacent to electrical panel) and turned off electrical breakers. Daughter contact me (her father), I went to the house. The house was full of smoke. I confirmed electrical disconnect at main breaker and holding my breath, I went into house to evaluate fire level. Fire level was reduced to glowing paper on which I pour water to extinguish glowing embers. As other sources of fire were unknown, house was not ventilated. County sheriff arrived who opened front do allow smoke to clear. Fire department arrived thereafter and went into house. Source of fire was the kitchen electrical range and paper adjacent to stove.
