Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 (83DV01ABIN, Core i5 / 16GB / 512GB) for light study use: battery drains in ~1h20–1h50, and within 20 days the touchpad stopped working with constant hangs/freezes. Support refused replacement under rigid 7-day policy and pushed a 7-day repair instead.
