Trustpilot review by Christian (18 August 2026; Switzerland). ThinkPad P16 Gen 2 with paid 3-year Premier On-Site Support: logs pointed to RAM/motherboard failure. After motherboard/heatsink install battery would not charge; within an hour a pop, burnt smell, and permanent shutdown. Lenovo then refused on-site warranty and demanded depot drop-off despite having required BitLocker disable.
