UniFi Cloud Gateway Ultra bricked itself after just over a year, reportedly during an auto-update from 5.15 toward 5.19. Factory reset and official firmware flashes to 5.12/5.15/5.19 all reported invalid firmware, and Ubiquiti denied RMA because the unit was out of warranty.
