Coolblue review by Auke (original Dutch). After months of use charging became difficult then stopped; replaced USB connector himself without fixing it. Sent via Coolblue for warranty repair; after three weeks Fairphone claimed water damage to board and screen and denied warranty. Repeated tickets unanswered; sat almost a month without a phone. Would not recommend due to Fairphone support.
