Four Epson EcoTank printers in four years; latest bought Jan 2025 was EcoTank 5170 and had to be changed three or four times until the one-year warranty ran out and Epson refused further replacement. Unit would not stay connected to the internet (constant resets) and would not pick up paper despite Epson paper and correct settings; independent technician check did not blame user setup.
