Trustpilot review by Kirsty Hardcastle (12 August 2026). Purchased ET2820 Sep 2022 for over £200; within 12 months it stopped feeding paper and Epson replaced it under warranty. Replacement was always reluctant to feed; after ~3 years of very light use (only one black ink top-up) it moved and fed but placed zero ink on paper despite nozzle cleans. Out of warranty, Epson quoted £156+VAT for a service visit; reviewer refused and discarded the printer.
