Amazon.com 1-star review by Kiscica (title: "Stay away - stay far, far away!"; Verified Purchase). About three weeks after install the Nest failed so heating stayed stuck on while cooling also ran (apartment climbed to ~89°F). Nest support said voltage spikes make the system "incompatible" and declined to treat it as a warranty hardware defect, directing the buyer to return via Amazon instead.
