Owner complaint summary

The contact owns a 2020 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that on several occasions, the electrical system malfunctioned. The contact stated that the hazard lights inadvertently illuminated, the horn inadvertently honked, and the tire sensor warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the failure could not be duplicated; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that electrical system malfunction again and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the vehicle remained. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 28,500.
