The contact owns a 2020 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the emergency brake system would inadvertently apply with no warning light illuminated. The contact was able to pull the vehicle over to the side of the road. The vehicle was able to restart. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired.
