The contact owns a 2020 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the rear passenger’s side occupant was unable to release the seat belt buckle. After an extended attempt to assist, the contact observed that the seat belt continued to tighten and would not release, prompting the contact to cut the seat belt strap.
