The contact owns a 2019 GMC Yukon. The contact stated that after starting and exiting the vehicle to allow it to warm up, the contact later noticed that the vehicle had turned off. The vehicle was towed to a first mechanic, who was unable to restart the vehicle or determine the cause of the failure. The vehicle was towed to a second mechanic, where it was diagnosed and determined that the engine had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost. The dealer was contacted and provided an estimate for the repair, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the dealer's estimate was higher than the mechanic's estimate.
