Owner complaint summary

Every recall they have done on our Jeep regarding the battery has diminished the performance of our Jeep. Now in electric mode , you never know what you are going to get. Sometimes it has decent power and other times it lags and does nothing. Really scary when you are trying to merge. When it is in hybrid mode, the engine kicks on at what seems like full throttle which is not safe either. When we bought it new, neither of these were problems. I want it back to what I originally bought which felt way more safe to drive. I don’t even want my [XXX] and [XXX] kids to drive it because of how unpredictable it is to drive. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
