SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20110428-5C51F-2147479667. Matched catalog product: Sears Sears Kenmore Elite Washer Model #11031633611. Source model text: Sears riding lawn mower. Incident: While attempting to brake while in the higher gear range the brake pedal, which had shifted position, would not push down when foot pressure was applied. It is a design flaw. You have to reposition your foot and push up and forward to pass the center point and then down.
