Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20110509-744BB-2147479378. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Hoover UH70820 WindTunnel 2 Rewind Bagless Upright. Source model text: Hoover WindTunnel Bagless Canister (S3765). Incident: This past weekend, I learned of the recall of the Hoover WindTunnel Bagless Canister vacuum model S3755. My vacuum has a similar problem with short-circuiting in the hose; however, my vacuum is the next model up, the S3765. The vacuum models are similar, the higher-end model only has a few additional features. I'd like to know if the hoses are different between the two models or do I need to worry about the same hazards. I have intermittent power to the power nozzle and have had the vacuum overheat on two occasions.
