SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20110519-FD124-2147479018. Severity: Injury, First Aid Received by Non-Medical Professional. Matched catalog product: Graco DuetSoothe Swing and Rocker - Model 1893776. Source model text: Graco play yard 175646. Incident: We purchased a Graco play yard (model 1756464, manufactured 12/24/2009) a few months ago from Burlington Coat Factory. Once our baby was born on 4/7/11, we began using the changing table portion. There is a triangular cutout at each end of the plastic in the changing table. This area is dangerous - our son has caught and scraped hos toes in it. New designs in the store do not have this cutout. We have emailed Graco asking if this part been redesigned. While it appears that the worst that can happen is scraping of the toes/feet, it still shouldn't be designed so that a child can be injured.
