SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20110523-42E09-2147478898. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Toro Toro Rake and Vac model 51585. Source model text: 22 inch Recycler Mower, 20067. Incident: My safety concern is with the Toro 22 inch Recycler Mower (Model 20067). The seam around the gas tank leaks alot. You can only put about a quarter tank of gas in order to avoid it leaking. My concern that this could be a serious safety hazard. We have only had the mower since July 2009.
