Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20110626-E16FE-2147477837. Matched catalog product: Sony Vaio VPCF115FM. Incident: I purchased my Sony Vaio in February of 2010. It has always overheated, but about 6 months ago I started searching for a solution. I found the safety warning and BIOS update here: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/news-item.pl?news_id=401&mdl=VPCF115FM. Although I installed the BIOS update, nothing changed.
