Incident narrative

SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20110722-6F5B0-1193012. Matched catalog product: Frigidaire Model # FFHS2611LW. Source model text: elements. Incident: After moving into a mobile home we installed the cook top and I was awakened by a popping noise, the back left burner had gone one all by itself and was melting a candle holder, thank God I woke up because not only do we live in a mobile home but I had my granddaughter overnight. Also if you have the burners on low they still go high and if not watching it burns the food. I called Frigidarie and they gave me customer # of [REDACTED] they couldnt do anything till I had model #. I cant find the model # to the cook top and I would not only like to get it fixed but would like to know if this series has been recalled. I don't like using the oven that much because I fear that maybe something is wrong with it. Can you help me?
