Incident: Note: As the CPSC is aware from my previous complaints on this issue, I am a Deputy Chief on the Boston Fire Dept. I have contacted the St. Charles Fire Dept. and will send them a copy of this complaint. However, since I am not a member of the local fire dept. I am forwarding this as a civilian.
