Upon my arrival found that a small fire had occurred in a Whirlpool Model RF395LXED Serial RE3718609 240volt electric stove. The home health aid reports that while cooking dinner for the resident the stove went into the self cleaning mode. The door locked and caused the food in the oven to start on fire.
