Source model text: 816F. Incident: The consumer says the Fire Dept responded to a signal from a fire alarm inside a synagogue. They went in the bathroom and saw that the oil heater was on fire. They unplugged it from the wall. Their was minor damage to the floor. The unit is recalled under Release # 91-108.
