SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20120511-3E800-2147467670. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Matched catalog product: Dream On Me Dream On Me Full-Size 2-in-1 Folding Baby Crib 673. Incident: 7 month old baby, about 18 lbs, was sitting in bath seat with arm extended over the side of the bath seat splashing in the water when the supporting side of the bath seat broke. After further inspection I found a white piece of plastic that keeps the arm of the seat attached the base of the seat snapped off and was broke.
