Incident: I had a cuisinart coffee maker DCC-1100 series I was at the computer something was burning the coffee maker was on fire thank god I was home I email ed cuisinrt right a way to let them know they got back to me with we apologize for any inconvenience that was on June 15th they asked me to send them the serial # I did and they never got make to me I hope someone looks in to this some one can got hurt of worst
