Incident: The consumer says there was a gas odor inside the dryer upon first opening the door. The consumer says the odor is contained inside the dryer. He contacted a technician who inspected the unit on 8-9-12. He told the consumer that the leak is inside the machine and noted that it was a real dangerous situation. The dryer was not in use at the time of the incident.
