Incident: I have a Mr. Coffee Single Cup Brewer and while making my 2nd cup of coffee it burst open hitting my neck and leg and nearly missing my 2 year old daughter. I have pictures of blistering on my right leg and the right side of my neck. The cup popped out and splattered within a 5 foot radius.
